Jaguar Thinking About RS-Type Version Of XKR-S

Name still TBD, but don't rule out XKR-SRS.

If Jaguar's 550 horsepower XKR-S coupe still isn't quite manly enough for you to consider trading in your rapidly-aging Porsche 911 GT3 RS, well, don't give up hope just yet. Jaguar may have an even harder-edged version of the Ex-Kay-Arse coming soon to a showroom near you.

Welcome To The Jaguar Jungle (w/Video)

We've got cats at play.

Truth be told, I'm not a cat lover. I just can't get used to something pooing in the corner of the house. Not for me. Then I saw a 30-second TV spot showing three of the biggest felines in the world playing together, and I've never wanted one more in my whole life.

Playin' Around At The Jaguar R Performance Academy (w/Video)

We have some fun in the rain.

Back in late June, Jaguar invited us (and a bunch of other automotive journalists) to the Monticello Motor Club in upstate New York to see what their R Performance Academy driving school entails. It's pretty simple: Buy a Jaguar XFR or XKR, and you'll receive a day of free on-track training with Jaguar's trained instructors.

Jaguar Sticks An -S On The XKR

What does that mean? 550 horsepower, baby.

Any car maker looking for a great way to pump some vitality into an aging model need only follow Jaguar's example, and cram the sucker full of horsepower.
