Back in the days before the Discovery Channel filled most of their lineup with reality shows like
Deadliest Pearl Dives, Assholes Who Run A Pawn Shop and
Let's Guess How Much We Can Flip This Crappy House For, the channel had three main staples: shows about living predators (sharks, crocodiles, big cats, and so forth), shows about dinosaurs, and shows where stuff gets destroyed real good.

Anyone for a hill climb?
Last weekend, many of the world's most exotic cars ventured to England for the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Among those cars: A Ferrari 458 Spider and Ferrari's 2009 Formula One race car, the F60. And yes, they both went for a quick blast up the festival's famous hill.

Toyota is adding their name to the roster of car manufacturers who intend to fire an electric car straight up the side of Pikes Peak at the mountain's annual hill climb. And it makes an awful lot of sense.
