The Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 coupe, in spite of our initial belief that it’d be little more than a rubber-atomizing burnout generator, has proven itself to be an insanely capable sports car. The role of South Carolina smoke machine will instead be filled by the 2013 Camaro ZL1 Convertible, which General Motors announced this morning will make its world debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show next month.
