Chrysler Autos Getting Fiat Dual-Clutch
Is it sacrilegious to get a Challenger SRT8 with a dual-clutch manual?
We think so. A Challenger SRT8 is a man’s car, man! There is actually no word on the street that SRT8 models will be getting a dual-clutch but Fiat will be implementing them towards the end of 2010 on a new segment vehicle, which makes us think that eventually it will trickle down the line.
We’re glad that Chrysler is back turning raw steel into sheet metal but we wouldn’t be able to stand the sight of a Hemi-powered Challenger with a dual-clutch or any automatic-esque vehicle. Have you driven a Challenger SRT8 with a 6-speed manual? You haven’t? Go out right now and do it. Hair will immediately grow like this.
