Ten days until we see the latest word in American performance sedans.
The car will be revealed at Daytona International Speedway on the 16th, giving fans attending the Sprint Unlimited race that day a chance to see it well in advance of its arrival in showrooms late this year. Chevrolet remains tight-lipped about the car, but they have announced that it'll boast a V8 and rear-wheel-drive, and will serve as Chevrolet's flagship four-door. We believe it'll come with a six-speed manual transmission or six-speed automatic, start at about $40,000, and make around 430 horsepower. We're crossing our fingers for a 505 horsepower LS7-powered version, though. [via Automotive News]
