Jealousy Rising: Crossing Europe In A Lamborghini Countach (w/Video)

Anyone have one we could borrow?

Last November, evo Magazine's Harry Metcalfe drove 1,200 miles from Italy to his home in England in a Lamborghini Countach QV. We hate him.

It's a hatred born of seething jealousy, mind you. A hatred compounded by the fact that not only did Metcalfe drive across Europe in one of the most classic Lamborghinis of all time, but that it happened to be his Lamborghini Countach. Apparently automotive journalists in the U.K. are paid well enough to afford classic Lamborghinis. Here in the States, we can't even afford that new 31 oz. "Trenta" size at Starbucks.

Luckily, Metcalfe captured the trip on video, so we can all live vicariously through him. The lucky bastard.

    Party foul? About 23 seconds in you can spot a Ferrari bag in the trunk of Harry Metcalfe's Lamborghini.

    I believe Lord Metcalfe had money way before he was a auto journalist. He also owns a early Pagani Zonda.
