While last we’d heard, the gorgeous piece of Porsche purity known as the 911 Sport Classic wasn’t coming to America. However, it looks like this lucky enthusiast figured out a way to sneak one in under the radar. According to Teamspeed, the car arrived in official-looking Porsche wrapping during the dead of night on Sunday, August 22nd, unloaded from a cargo 747 onto the tarmac at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental. As far as we know, this is the only example of the car in the U.S. Maybe the lucky guy can take a few laps of the new U.S. Grand Prix track in it at some point. (In case you need a reminder, the Sport Classic is based on the Carrera S, but receives a horsepower bump to 408 hp and plenty of unique body parts—most notably that ducktail spoiler. Price: $240,702, which presumably does not include smuggling costs.)
