Awesome Teen Builds V10-Powered BMW Z3
18-year-old’s 530hp coupe is designed for his racing needs.
He's chronicled the car's transformation with a breathtaking number of pictures
, chronicling the car's journey from a broken-down wreck (seriously, it looks like he started with a totaled Z3) into a red-white-and-blue monster laying down 442 horsepower at its incredibly fat rear wheels. Despite our best attempts to Google him, we have no idea what class he may be competing in, or even how Bulgarian auto racing is organized; however, any motorsports organization that allows teenagers to compete in overpowered Frankenstein Bimmers is all right by us. (And if anyone has any further knowledge of Mr. Shishev or his car, let us know in the comments.)

with that page.]
Apparently somewhere in Eastern Europe, there's a teenager who has jammed a 5.0L V10 from the current BMW M5 beneath the hood of a Z3 coupe. Details are sketchy, mostly because our Bulgarian illiteracy leaves us dependent on Google Translate to make sense of his website, but as far as we can tell, 18-year-old Denislav Shishev began racing professionally last year in an E30 M3; for this year's races, however, he'll be competing using his post-op Z3.
