Whatever your opinion is on MTV, it’s hard to argue the fact that they really know how to throw a party. A prime example can be found right at the track tard’s mecca, the Nürburgring. Yes, instead of clipping apexes, fans of music and racing alike were clipping at German lagers for the “Rock Am Ring” festival.

All 200,000 attendants stayed camped out trackside for a few days of food, music, and alcohol–like a more macho Woodstock, minus the riots and excessive copulation. Clean up is now under way for the regular four and two-wheeled attendants of the famed track. We’ll let the photos speak for the amount of work that’ll be needed.
