Cossie STI CS400

Tired of wrenching, or waiting for a shop to finish your car? Wait no more.

For all the Scooby-philes out there, Cosworth bring us yet another iteration of the ever-evolving Impreza platform. This time around, it's a "supercar humbling" machine, pushing out nearly 400 horsepower from the Cosworth-massaged motor.

Tied in with a vicious 398 ft-lbs, it amounts to a 3.7 second dash to 60mph. Aside from the fully rebuilt engine (brand new rods, pistons, turbo, exhaust, and engine management), the suspension experts at Bilstein and Eibach were called to tidy up the underpinnings. This is all garnished with a large helping of AP brakes, new wheels, a wider track, and just enough subtle body modification that helps this high-end build up retain its name as a giant killer.

As usual, it won't be available stateside. And at a limited run of 75 models, we're sure they won't be sticking around for long. Enjoy these shots, and chalk it up as inspiration for your own build. (source: Autoblog)
