Lamborghini Countach Go Kart

Because you know you always wanted a Countach restoration project.

When we were young, we had the models, the posters and the movies on lockdown of our favorite Italian sports car. But as a youngin’ it was out of reach; it was a dream and something to aspire to. If we had only known about this 1986 FAO Schwartz Agostini Auto Junior Lamborghini Countach, we would have been begging our parents for the keys.

It features independent suspension, 2-speed forward w/reverse, an 11hp Briggs and Stratton motor, a MOMO steering wheel and friggin’ scissor doors! Though this example desperately needs some TLC, we’d throw down the couple grand to have this piece to give to our (future) kids. It’s a lot better than paying almost 100K for this.

Was anyone lucky to drive one of these as a kid? All I had was a Corvette Power Wheels and that was still sick.

Buy it now here.

Nice! How fast does it go?

Not sure how fast it goes but judging by the Testarossa go kart, which goes 17mph with a 5hp motor, I'd guess and say you could get the Countach up to a blistering 25mph!

I have a countach It is black My daughter had this when she was very young and drove it parades and she also entered it in Concourse , she drove it on paved country roads. It has been stored in the garage and started every so often. It looks great And to the guy who said he would offer $500 in todays market well the day someone sells one of these for $500 then thats the day your home is worth less than $500 .
