British tuning firm Oakley Design released their Panamera package recently making it the third aftermarket offering we’ve seen for Porsche’s newest sedan. German tuners 9ff and Gemballa have both already released their visions for the car, however when comparing the three, the Oakley Design package seems to be the most subtle of the group.
Similar to the other packages, Oakley Design will be offering multiple stages of tune, the lower of which will bump the Panamera’s hp up to 580, while the fully modified Oakley Panamera is expected to turn out an impressive 680hp.
For the exterior, Oakley Design chose for a more subtle approach however they keen to make sure form follows function. Carbon fiber seems to be the theme of most of Oakley Design’s cars, and the Panamera package is no exception. The exterior pieces which include a front spoiler with carbon splitters as well as side skirts and a rear diffuser are all made of carbon fiber and have been tested a wind tunnel to ensure functionality.
Oakley has also decided to upgrade the car’s wheel package, opting for a lighter set of Dymag carbon fiber wheels over the stocks, while additonal carbon fiber pieces can be found in the form of a new roof panel and an extended carbon fiber pop up wing.
