Not content with the puny 420 horsepower in the V8 originally equipped in the M3 coupe, Manhart decided to swap engines for something a little more powerful. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this, nor the last. Stuffing the 5.0L V10 with 550hp, which barely fit according to Manhart, fills a “gap” that they noticed in the market.
