Yeah, it's hoonage of the first order. He was going 210+ in a 65. That's damn near as epic as you can get.
***FAKE*** A quick 30sec Google search will show you this guy is all about publicity.
This ticket has been modified other than the blurs in the name, the 2 in 210+ was taken from the code and section line, the one was most likely taken from the Vehicle type box. Also, Misdemeanor would not be checked and I don't believe the cop would bother to write this violation down on a Notice to Appear, they would just arrest you right then and fill out a report of the incident for the judge.
Also, the violation would be 22348(b) if the subject was in excess of 100MPH.
