We’ll have to wait a little longer for exact figures, but Alpina was generous enough to release a preliminary sketch of its upcoming 7 series adaptation just in time for the holidays. Judging from the sketch, the car will be wearing the trademark Alpina front lip spoiler as well as multi-spoke wheels and lip spoiler in the rear. Although no power figures have been provided, we’re sure that the 2009 version of the B7 will either match or exceed the current version’s already impressive performance figures (500hp). With so many new comers to the premium 4-door sedan segment in the next couple of years, including the Porsche Panamera, the Rapide from Aston Martin, and the Lamborghini Estoque, we’re glad that the Alpina B7 will be keeping BMW in line with the competition.
