Spied: 998 Porsche Turbo
Based on these spy shots, the new 998 Turbo could hark back to the 993 days.
Taking a look at the rear of this Porsche, even though it’s packing more makeup then a tranny (not a transmission), it looks as if Porsche could be testing a fixed rear wing like the whale tails found on the 993 Turbos. The headlights also appear to be more upright and the rear view mirror looks to be on the door instead of on the A-pillar differentiating itself from the 997. No word on horsepower but if the current Turbo is pushing 480hp, you can probably expect a GT2 like 530hp in the 998.
Based on these photos and what you’ve seen Porsche do in the past, what would you want to see in the new 998 or what do you think you’ll see?
