New for ’09, Porsche has upped the ante with the Boxster and Cayman. The engines of both the S version of either car now come with Direct Fuel Injection (DFI) which gives the two higher combustion ratios and more fuel efficiency. With the help of DFI, they now sport 320hp and 274 lb.-ft or torque in the Cayman and 310hp and 266 lb.-ft in the Boxster. This allows the Cayman S to go 0-60 in 4.9secs and Boxster in 5 sec. flat.
Also new for the 2009 model year is Porsches shot at a dual-clutch, PDK, also with some exterior changes such as new headlight and tailight design. Check out Porsche.com for more information and some of the nicest web design we’ve seen. The interactive guides for both models are serious and give you a bit of everything. You can even download engine sounds!

Great for pretentious doctors and lawyers
Even though the outlook on these Porsches isn't the best, if you've ever driven an S, you'd respect the capabilities of the car. Still never buy one, but just saying..
